Do Everything For the Glory of Jesus Christ

Whoever offers praise glorifies Me.(Psalm 50:23)
Beloved! The whole world is full of evil. So the people are selfish, cruel and unreliable in their ways. They spend their time and strength in their ways trying to please men and to destroy one another. But the Bible says, “Do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ” (1 Peter 4:11).
“Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men” (Colossians 3:23).
God has chosen us and we should always do things that please the Lord and that glorifies Him. The Bible says, “Whoever offers praise glorifies Me” (Psalm 50:23).
When we do so, He will take great delight in us. Therefore, let us be grateful to Him and honour Him always. Let us learn to thank Him for His providence and goodness in our lives.
The Lord says, “Those who honor Me I will honor” (1 Samuel 2:30). He also emphatically says, “I will not give My glory to another” (Isaiah 48:11; 42:8). Honouring God is very important. We should honour Him with our talents, wisdom and everything and glorify Him. “Giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ” (Ephesians 5:20).
A young girl loved God, and she would praise and thank Him whole heartedly aloud for every blessing she received from Him. Due to this, her sisters and classmates thought she was an eccentric person. She did not care about their remarks about her but continued to praise and glorify God. God was pleased with her attitude that she boldly thanked and praised Him for His blessings. He made her wise and intelligent and she began to shine in her studies. Soon, this average student stood first in her studies to the amazement of her classmates. They realized the greatness of honouring and glorifying God and they too were drawn to Christ.
Beloved! Make a decision to give honour and glory to the Lord for His goodness and mercy in your life. God will be pleased with you and as you honour Him, He will honour you and bless you abundantly.
